【Functional Enhancement of Our International Transportation Services】
The MITSUI-SOKO Group has decided to transfer and integrate the non-vessel operating common carrier (NVOCC) services currently provided by Mitsui-Soko International Japan Co., Ltd. in Minato-ku, Tokyo and managed by Mitsui-Soko International Pte. Ltd headquartered in Singapore, an operating company mainly providing logistics services outside of Japan, to MITSUI-SOKO EXPRESS Co., Ltd. headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo, an operating company mainly conducting air transportation operations (hereinafter, "Mitsui-Soko Express").
This integration aims to establish a functional organization for the Group that enables proposing solutions, where our entire international transportation services (air and sea) can contribute to the international logistics operations of our clients. Through this integration, all international transportation services provided by the Group will be consolidated and provided by Mitsui-Soko Express.
As a comprehensive logistics global company, the MITSUI-SOKO Group will further commit to render services and solutions for the supply chain management of our clients by utilizing this one-stop service provider function of international transportation as well as our wide domestic and global networks.
